所有留学生在公寓各自房间内等候,为模拟夜间睡眠状态,请关闭房门和卧室门;
工作人员使用发烟装置靠近公寓内某一房间的烟感探测器,探测器将向一楼值班室主机发出警报;
值班人员收到警报后,立即启动公寓报警器,并打开所有消防门禁;
学生听到警报后,迅速用湿毛巾捂住口鼻,按照公寓制定的疏散路线,快速撤离至楼外指定安全集合地点;
值班人员清点学生人数,确保不落一人,向现场指挥报告学生人数及健康状况,并记录本次演练时长;

Dear International Students,
Greetings! To enhance the fire safety awareness of all faculty and students, improve self-protection and self-rescue capabilities, an emergency evacuation fire drill will be conducted in the international students' dormitory in the near future. This drill aims to ensure that in the event of an emergency such as a fire, students can handle it scientifically, respond actively, and evacuate in a timely manner, so as to minimize casualties and property losses to the greatest extent.
This emergency evacuation drill primarily simulates: how to evacuate from the dormitory building quickly and in an orderly manner when evacuation conditions are available, especially after hearing the fire alarm in the room at night.
Emergency Evacuation Drill Procedures:
All international students shall wait in their respective dorm rooms. To simulate the nighttime sleeping state, please close the dorm door and bedroom door;
Staff will use a smoke-generating device near the smoke detector of one room in the dormitory, and the detector will send an alarm to the main control panel located in the duty room on the first floor;
After receiving the alarm, the duty officer will activate the dormitory's alarm system and open all fire exit doors;
When students hear the alarm, they shall immediately cover their mouths and noses with awettowel, and evacuate to the designated safe assembly point outside the building as soon as possible in accordance with the evacuation route formulated by the dormitory;
The duty staff will conduct a headcount of students to ensure that no one is left behind, report the number of students and their health status to the on-site commander, and record the duration of the drill for the building;
After the on-site commander announces the end of the drill, the staff will organize students to return to their rooms in an orderly manner.
We hope all students will attach great importance to this drill and regard it as a practical exercise to improve their self-protection and self-rescue abilities. During the drill, please do not panic and pay attention to personal safety.
